How monthly installment is calculated

0% deposit. Bank: 3.5% flat p.a. (3.25% for cars within a 5-year age gap, e.g. 2021 model year onward), tenure = 15 − (current year − year made), capped at 9 years max. Chailease: 7.5% flat p.a. (5.5% for cars within a 5-year age gap), tenure = 17 − (current year − year made), capped at 9 years max. Aeon: 7.5% flat p.a. (5.5% for cars within a 5-year age gap), same as Chailease — except for Perodua and Toyota, where Aeon's current promo extends eligibility using 19 years instead of 17 (so older Perodua/Toyota cars still qualify). The actual tenure is still capped at 9 years max for every financier, always. If the car is too old for a positive tenure, that financier is marked "not eligible" for it. Year made, not year registered: a car listed as 2014/2015 (made 2014, registered 2015) is counted from 2014.
